Our lawn maintenance program includes weekly mowing, trimming and all clippings blown clear from walkways and driveways.
Premier Property Services is as proud of your yard as you are. We make sure while mowing our lines are precision straight and evenly spaced, nothing is ever missed while trimming, anything that needs to be moved is put back precisely where we found it, downspouts are reconnect and gates are closed and latched when we are finished.
Maintenance is preformed on a set day each week (rain permitting) so there is no need to guess when a technician will arrive.
Vacation Mowing Service
If you have a well maintained lawn and would like to keep it that way while you are unavailable we are more than happy to help!
No need to hassle family or neighbours, our vacation service includes weekly mowing, trimming and all clippings will be blown clear from walks and driveway.

One Time Mowing
If your lawn has become overgrown we can help get it back under control.
We offer a one time mowing service for overgrown lawns. It includes mowing, trimming and all clipping are blown clear from walkways and driveway.
Our technicians will not leave larges clumps of clipping on your lawn. If left on the lawn these large clumps (other than being an eyesore) can damage your lawn. Clippings will be bagged and placed out for regular trash collection.
