Premier Property Services was founded in early 2013 by Josh Faragini and is proudly owned and operated from Crestwood. Over the years Premier has grown to be the largest lawn service provider in and around our 142 Street communities.
We are a professional yard maintenance company serving residents of West Edmonton, offering Lawn Maintenance, Hedge/Bush/Small Tree Trimming, Spring/Fall Cleanups, Eavestrough Cleaning and Snow Clearing Services.
We are proud to specialize in the communities of Glenora, Crestwood, Parkview and Laurier Heights with over 95% of our clientele living in these communities, however we do service other select areas.
