Eavestrough Cleaning

Eavestroughs Should be Cleaned Annually to Prevent Basement Flooding

Why it's Important

Leaves, sticks, pine needles, dirt and other debris gather in your eavestrough and can form blockages. This can cause your eaves to overflow and the possibility of flooding is greatly increased.

Our technician will first start by using an air blower to blow off your entire roof. This will clear any debris that will eventually end up in your eavestroughs. Next we hand clean all of your eaves (some companies use high pressure water which can cause a large mess around your home).

Downspouts

We will check and clean all of your downspouts to insure that water can be properly drained away from your home.

**Important Note** We are sorry, we do not offer service for 2 story homes.

A clogged eavestrough can lead to serious water damage, including basement flooding. When leaves and debris block the gutter, rainwater cannot properly drain away from the home. Instead, it overflows, cascading down the siding and pooling around the foundation. Over time, this excess water can seep through cracks in the foundation or overwhelm the weeping tile system, leading to moisture buildup and flooding in the basement.
